The Mount Cross CDC Board of Directors

The CDC Board has the responsibility to provide for the efficient management and operation of the CDC so that it achieves its distinctive purpose. The purpose of the CDC Board will reflect and support the CDC parents, the Mount Cross Lutheran Church Congregation, and greater community.

The CDC Board Obligations:

• Advocate for the needs of children, staff, and parents
• Keep focus on the mission of the CDC and Mount Cross Church
• Establish and review policy to be implemented by the CDC Director
• Monitor Finances, including tuition rates and salary recommendations
• Maintain and update long-range strategic plans
